For all enrollments please include:
- Name and mailing address
- Course you wish to attend
- The approving official with phone number
- Complete billing information
Method of Payment:
- You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (Government issued credit cards are accepted) when you call to enroll,
- You can mail a check for your payment prior to the course date, or
- You can provide the billing information for us to invoice your agency or company.
Cancellations and Substitutions:
Cancellations received up to 7 working days before the course are refundable. Cancellations received after that period are subject to the entire course fee, which may be applied toward a future course. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. You may make substitutions at any time.
Certificate of Completion:
Upon your successful completion of our courses, you will receive a certificate of completion as a permanent record of your participation, which is suitable for framing.
Confirmation Letter:
As soon as we receive your enrollment, we will send you an enrollment confirmation letter.
