Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Cancellations received, either in writing or by phone, up to 7 working days before the first day of the course are refundable. Cancellations received after that period are subject to the entire course fee, which may be applied toward any future course. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment of the entire course tuition.
If for whatever reason you are unable to attend, you or your organization may substitute another individual in your place at any time. If at all possible, please notify our office in advance of any such substitution.
